Mike's attention to detail and the speed in which he works is amazing, I will certainly use his service again if the need arrives
Very professional service, great plans done within hours highly recommended
Spoke to mike about our plans to build an extension on our bungalow. Basically that’s all we had to do. On arrival he was straight into taking measurements , photographs and explaining procedures and possibilities on what we could achieve. 2 days later our first set of plans turned up. Few changes here and there and Mikes take on what we wanted saw our plans sent off and passed very quickly. Well done Mike great service
My concerns over the public sewer were professionally dealt with and the whole process was resolved in an easily understandable manner. Mike was punctual, polite and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Building Regulations and procedures.
Mike came out to my property and gave me the benefit of his considerable experience on how to best go about getting planning permission on my plot. He came up with the most likely options to enable that permission to be granted. I’m very happy to recommend Mike to anyone seeking the same type of service.
We have used Mike on more than one occasion and found him to be extremely helpful with some great ideas. His knowledge of the local planning rules and regulations is second to none. An absolute pleasure to work with.
