We Offer

We offer a range of services, from general advice to full planning and working drawings:

  • Supporting documentation
  • Submission to the Local Authority
  • Planning and Building Control Bodies
  • Support and advice during the construction phase

Working With Other Professionals

Where necessary, we work closely with other professionals within the industry to obtain structural design packages and Energy Assessment packages for new dwellings or substantially glazed extensions to existing dwellings.

We also have good working relationships with other architectural practices where more specialist advice or design is required, such as Listed Building designs or more complicated, specialised Planning Applications.

About me

I have been trading for almost 10 years now, I have completed getting towards 600 projects now, some small, some large, a few unusual ones, the projects are primarily domestic extensions and new houses with an occasional commercial project. I previously spent almost 10 years working in building control for South Norfolk Council and CNC Building Control working across most of central Norfolk.

I have built a good customer base and get quite a few repeat contacts from previous customers. In that time I have also found other industry professionals that I work with, or employ the services of when required, from planning consultants, structural engineers and energy assessors to drainage and flood consultants.
