I have been trading for almost 10 years now, I have completed getting towards 600 projects now, some small, some large, a few unusual ones, the projects are primarily domestic extensions and new houses with an occasional commercial project.
I previously spend almost 10 years working in building control for South Norfolk Council and CNC Building Control working across most of central Norfolk.
We offer a range of services from general advise to providing full planning and working drawing:
Where necessary we work closely with other professionals within the Industry to obtain structural design packages, Energy Assessment packages for new dwellings or substantially glazed extensions to existing dwellings.
We also have good working relationships with other Architectural practices where more specialist advise or design is required, such as Listed Building designs or on more complicated specialised Planning Applications.
I have built a good customer base and get quite a few repeat contacts from previous customers, I have in that time found other industry professionals that I work with or employ their services when required, from Planning consultants, structural Engineers, Energy Assessors, Drainage and flood consultants.
